I’m so glad that you’re here!

The Mindset Miles Group is my own community and brand - a space created to show you exactly how you can build the life you’ve always dreamed of through one of the most exciting and rewarding industries in the world: travel.

It’s wild to think that if I hadn’t said YES to this opportunity back in 2024, none of this would exist today. Over 80 individuals have since joined me on this journey, building their own income, confidence, and freedom and I’m now closer than ever to leaving the 9–5 life behind for good.

But this isn’t just about me.
This is a mission.

I’m dedicated to helping 500 ambitious women rewrite their futures, step into their power, and create full-time freedom through the travel industry. Whether you're craving more time, more money, more fulfilment, or simply more control over your life then you’re in the right place.

Hey, I’m Tia, a 21 year old from Warrington!

I started my journey in the travel business in September 2024. At first, I only planned to use it to book trips for myself, family & friends and just to be something small alongside my full-time job as an Internal Sales Manager & running my tanning brand.

But it didn’t stay “small” for long. I quickly realised how powerful this opportunity really is, and how much it can change your life if you go all in. Fast forward to now, and I lead a team of over 80 incredible individuals who are each building their own business, chasing their goals, and creating a future with freedom and choice.

Together, we’ve built an amazing, supportive community where everyone lifts each other up. We’re all striving for the kind of six-figure income and security most people would have to wait until retirement for in a traditional job. Here, we get to build it now.

In less than a year, I’m already on track to matching the annual income of my full-time job and all from a couple of hours a day on my phone. And the best part? I know I’ll never have to ask for time off or explain why I’m off sick again. I’m creating a lifestyle where I get to decide what my day looks like, every single day.

What I love most about this business is that you’re not just starting something for yourself because you’re joining a family of like-minded people who want to see you win. Every achievement is celebrated, no matter how big or small, and the friendships you make along the way are for life.

My only regret is not saying “yes” sooner. This opportunity is already changing my life and I’m so excited to see where the next year takes me, because I’m running straight for that ⭐ and all of the stars after!

Meet Elle - Co Founder

Hey everyone, my name is Elle I'm 21 & from Warrington.

I joined this business In May last year and left because my head just wasn't in it and I didn't have the vision- I re-joined when my best friend Tia started and we are now building a team together and helping others who share our goals set up their own travel businesses. I re-joined initially to book and save on my own travel and the odd family booking here and there for the commission- I went to our London event with roughly 3,000 other agents in the business with only 2 people in my team, after the event my vision GREW and I realised that it actually is possible and I don't need to sit in an office for 5 days a week wishing my life away. I don’t need to count down the days until the weekend and then having the Sunday scaries when Monday comes AGAIN. I now have a team of 11 people in just 2 months and Monday is one of my favourite days of the week and my most productive day.

All of the girls in my team are SMASHING IT they all want more out of life and my aim is to help them get there. We are now hosting our first team event and I am SO excited to finally get the team together AND we have booked our 2025 team retreat.

This business is not just about the money- it's the freedom, the friendships, the trips the events and the community we are growing every single day. It's not always easy but it's ALWAYS worth it- Hard work pays off you just have to want it bad enough and show up every single day even when you don't feel like it- Next step Director in Training.....
