The Mindset Miles Group is my own community and brand - a space created to show you exactly how you can build the life you’ve always dreamed of through one of the most exciting and rewarding industries in the world: travel.

It’s wild to think that if I hadn’t said YES to this opportunity back in 2024, none of this would exist today. Over 100 individuals have since joined me on this journey, building their own income, confidence, and freedom and I’m now closer than ever to leaving the 9–5 life behind for good.

But this isn’t just about me.
This is a mission.

Hey, I’m Tia, a 21-year-old entrepreneur from Warrington.

I started my travel business in September 2024, originally just to book trips for myself, family and friends alongside my full-time job and running my tanning brand. I thought it would stay small… I was wrong.

In under 12 months, I’ve helped over 100 people start their own travel businesses and created a five-figure passive pay rise for myself, all from a couple of hours a day on my phone.

I’m now on track to match and exceed my full-time annual salary, without asking for time off, waiting for promotions, or trading more time for money.

This isn’t just a business, it’s a community of ambitious, supportive people building freedom, flexibility and long-term income together.

Meet Elle - Co Founder

Hey everyone, I’m Elle, I’m 21 and from Warrington.

I first joined this business in May last year, but I left because my head just wasn’t in it and I didn’t fully see the vision. I re-joined when my best friend Tia started, and now we’re building a team together and helping others set up their own travel businesses.

I originally came back to save on my own travel and earn a little commission on family bookings. Then I attended our London event with around 3,000 other agents and everything changed. I went with just two people in my team, but I left with belief, clarity and a much bigger vision. I realised I don’t have to spend five days a week in an office wishing my life away or dreading Mondays.

Fast forward 16 months and I now have a team of 40 incredible people. Monday is actually one of my favourite and most productive days of the week.

My team are smashing it. They all want more out of life and my goal is to help them get there. We’re hosting our first team event, we’ve booked our 2025 team retreat, and we’re just getting started.

This business isn’t just about money. It’s about freedom, friendships, travel, events and the community we’re building every single day. It’s not always easy, but it is always worth it. Hard work pays off when you show up consistently.
